Timbaland Sells Florida Mansion for $1.8 Million Following a Year of Squatter from Hell

Timbaland has finally unloaded his Florida mansion — at a loss of more than a million dollars — following a year of squatter drama.

According to official records, Timbaland sold off the home he lived in for years to a company named New Era Investment Properties for $1,800,000, much less than the $3.475 million he originally paid for it.

The producer originally bought the home in 2004 and put it on the market in 2017 following his second attempt at divorce from his ex-wife Monique. The asking price for the 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 10,689 sq. ft. home was originally $4.49 million but he continued to slash it down after having trouble finding a buyer.

The home features a full game room, formal dining room, theater, wet bar, room to room aquarium, large maid’s quarters, 3-car-garage, all rooms have balconies, tropical pool area, covered BBQ plus tennis court (that you share with a neighbor)

Timbaland eventually rented out the home to a man named William Zamora but things turned nasty quickly. Zamora allegedly refused to leave the home and the producer had to sue and get police involved. He is still dealing with trying to collect on $100k plus in damages the man caused to the property in Zamora’s bankruptcy case.

Despite the $1.59 million loss on the home, we’re pretty sure Timbaland is happy to be done with the property.
