The final straw came after videos went viral of a huge blowout in celebration of Bryce Hall's 21st birthday. The party included strippers and people standing shoulder to shoulder not properly social distancing.

Last week, L.A. mayor Eric Garcetti announced he was cutting the power to the Hollywood Hills mansion after the repeated violations.

He added, "The City has now disconnected utilities at this home to stop these parties that endanger our community."
