Tiger Woods Can Now Have Guns and Serve Alcohol, But Still Can't Drink

By TheBlast Staff

Tiger Woods had his probation in his reckless driving case amended and let's just say it's going to be a fun time at the Woods house over the holidays.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a judge signed off on Wednesday to an agreement between Woods' attorney and the Assistant State Attorney in Florida.

The amendment allows Woods to now possess alcohol in his home, but only "for use/consumption by guests and others other than himself."

The deal also says that Woods is "allowed to keep his lawfully owned firearms."

The original plea deal Woods struck in the case prohibited Woods from possessing firearms and said he could not possess or consume alcohol. He also cannot eat food or take medication that contains alcohol.

Woods pled guilty to reckless driving in October and was placed on 12 months probation. He had been arrested in May for driving under the influence, but did not have alcohol in his system; only prescription drugs.
