Tiffany Trump Shares Blacked-Out Post Calling For Justice For George Floyd

By Jeff Mazzeo

President Trump's 26-year-old daughter joined the millions of people on social media by participating in Tuesday's blackout.

Tiffany Trump showed solidarity with the protesters calling for justice for George Floyd. She shared a blacked-out image to her Instagram and used specific hashtags that showed her support for the black citizens in our nation. Tiffany is President Trump's fourth child and the only one with his second wife, Marla Maples.

Preaching Togetherness

Trump decided to include a powerful quote with her blacked-out post and used #blackoutTuesday and #justiceforgeorgefloyd.

"Alone we can achieve so little; together we can achieve so much.”- Helen Keller #blackoutTuesday #justiceforgeorgefloyd," Tiffany wrote in the caption of her post.

The Keller quote she chose makes it clear that she is for cooperation and breaking down the institutional racism that keeps us apart. It is interesting timing considering her father just called in the national guard to help put a stop to the looting and destruction when the peaceful protests turn violent. As always, the 45th's policies and speeches earned mixed reviews to say the least.

President Trump Calls For Justice

Although coming out very strongly against the non-peaceful protests taking place across the country and referring to the looters as "thugs," President Trump came out and said that "justice will be served" when it comes to the investigation of the murder of George Floyd last week.

"At my request, the FBI and the Department of Justice are already well into an investigation as to the very sad and tragic death in Minnesota of George Floyd. I have asked for this investigation to be expedited and greatly appreciate all of the work done by local law enforcement. My heart goes out to George's family and friends. Justice will be served!" the President's statement read.

She's Close With Her Siblings

Tiffany seems to be very close to her siblings and wished her little brother, Barron a happy birthday back in March.

"Happy 14th birthday to the best 'little' brother I could ever ask for! You mean so much to me, Barron, I wish you all the happiness in the world! Love you! ♡" she wrote on social media at the time.

She's A Lawyer

Tiffany was one of those grads that were forced to participate in a virtual graduation due to the pandemic. Despite not getting a traditional ceremony, her family made sure to celebrate her accomplishment.

"Congratulations to my daughter, Tiffany, on graduating from Georgetown Law. Great student, great school. Just what I need is a lawyer in the family. Proud of you Tiff!" President Trump tweeted out.

Marla Maples penned a long message for her daughter and all the other 2020 graduates during these weird times.

"Yes this message is for my beloved daughter and 2020 Georgetown Law Graduate Tiffany whose commitment to humanity is shining so clear. I love you with all my heart ♥️ ⭐️This message is also for all the graduates and parents of the Class of 2020 which will forever be remembered in history. ⭐️2020 is a time like no other so I believe each of you hold the possibility of having positive impact like none that have come before you," Maples wrote.
