Teresa Giudice's husband will be deported from the country once he is done serving his prison sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud, according to several reports.
On Wednesday morning, a judge in his case ruled that Joe Giudice will be deported to his native Italy once he is released from prison.
According to RadarOnline, who first reported the story, Judge John Ellington announced during the hearing, "Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief ... Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law."
Joe was not physically at the hearing, but rather attended via teleconference from his prison in Allenwood, Pennsylvania. He can appeal the ruling.
Giudice began his 41-month sentence in March of 2016 and is due to be released next year.
Teresa Giudice served a little less than a year behind bars for the same crimes and was released on December 23, 2015.
