Tekashi 6ix9ine Provides Visual Evidence He Is Not Locked Up

Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine has resurfaced to let people know he is not behind bars, two days after he claimed he needed to be "freed."

As The Blast first reported, the rapper was supposed to be in court on Tuesday to provide proof he'd gotten his GED, one of the terms of his probation stemming from a guilty plea in 2017. 6ix9ine’s lawyer asked to have the case continued until June.

The rapper then cryptically tweeted "#FREE69," implying he'd been locked up when he hadn't.

Thursday afternoon, the rapper responded to all the speculation and posted a video showing him getting out of a pool and saying, "Y'all wish I was in jail, right? Ya big dummies."
