Tekashi 6ix9ine Sued For 'Child Sexual Abuse' By Minor Depicted In Music Video

By Mike Walters

Tekashi 6ix9ine has just been sued by an alleged victim of 'child sexual abuse' who claims she was the one depicted in a video the rapper posted on social media from a party in 2015.

According to the documents, obtained by The Blast, the woman who is identified as Jane Doe is accusing the rainbow rapper of sexually abusing her at a party when she was only 13 years old.

In the filing, the woman claims she was underage and under the influence of alcohol and drugs, so she was unable to give consent to Tekashi 69 and another aspiring rapper -- Tay Milly -- for any sexual acts.

"By reason of her age, and because she was given drugs and alcohol which caused her to be in an impaired mental state, the plaintiff was not legally capable of consenting to sexual contacts and/or sexual acts" with Tekashi and Milly the lawsuit states.
