According to the lawsuit, she had plans to enter the police academy and now that plan is scrapped. Also, she was not able to continue working at Century 21, because of the situation.

Tekashi 69 mentioned the shooting during his criminal trial, even apologizing to her in open court, and offering to pay her medical bills. Obviously, that wasn't good enough and she is now suing him for $150 Million.

In a statement from Tekashi's attorney, told TMZ, "It's suspicious that the plaintiff only sued Daniel Hernandez who was never identified as the shooter in her case. The plaintiff did not sue the persons involved in her shooting. To be clear, Daniel did not shoot her."

As we reported, Tekashi 69 continues to sit in an NYC prison cell after being convicted of numerous charges connected to his gang activity. But, since he turned on his cohorts he is doing a much lesser sentence.
