Tekashi 6ix9ine is about to be a free man, but he is being released with a VERY tight leash which includes a GPS monitoring device on his ankle and daily video conferencing with his probation officer.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, the 'Gummo' rapper is being released now -- he will be fitting with a GPS monitor that will track his every move for the next 4 months.

The judge in Tekashi 69's case even made sure to note, that if the system which would place the monitor on his body is not in service due to the current environment in New York, he will still have very close monitoring.

According to the judge's new release order, even if the Probation Department in New York is unable to fit the monitor on Tekashi as soon as he is out...he has implemented very strict guidelines to make sure he stays home.

In the event, he can't be fit with the monitor...he is ordered to have daily contact with his probation officer through videoconferencing technology until they are able to put it on it on.

Tekashi 69 will be forced to get permission to see anyone including his lawyer, the only exception would be extreme medical situations.

As we reported, the order is very specific detailing the restrictions of Tekashi's release:

-- 1. The defendant shall serve the first four months of supervised release on home incarceration, to be enforced by GPS monitoring, at an address approved by the defendant’s probation officer;

-- 2. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, the defendant must remain at his residence except to seek any necessary medical treatment or to visit his attorney, in each instance with prior notice and approval by the Probation Department;

-- 3. In the event the Probation Department is unable to implement GPS monitoring upon the defendant’s release, the defendant is ordered to have daily contact with the defendant’s probation officer through videoconferencing technology until GPS monitoring is implemented.

In a shocking move by the New York Criminal Court, Tekahi 69 is being released from prison, immediately.

The decision comes after the rapper pleaded with the court to let him out of federal custody, due to the massive spread of the Coronavirus.

Tekashi 6ix9ine told the court he suffers from a bad case of asthma and if he gets infected it could be fatal. The court deferred the decision to the Bureau of Prison, who then kicked it back to the court.

So, the judge sided with the rapper and ordered his release.

The 'Gummo' rapper should be a free man within hours!
