Wearing her hair long and down, Farrah Abraham put on a little show for photographers by swirling on the city sidewalk to give them the best shot of every angle before heading into the Botox appointment with her young daughter. Showing she's remaining safe and germ-free, the ex-MTV personality was photographed in latex gloves and a black laced mask.

Once inside her appointment with famed plastic surgeon Dr. Sheila Nazarian, Farrah Abraham went live with fans on her Instagram. Fans of the "Teen Mom" will remember that Dr. Nazarian is the one who gave Farrah her designer vagina, which she also went live for in 2019.

In the new clip, the influencer began by telling her followers that she's been getting chronic headaches that are so bad, they literally wake her from her sleep. She also told everyone she's still dealing with her intense lockjaw situation.
