Two of Taylor Swift's entertainment companies are being sued for allegedly promising to purchase a townhouse through a real estate company ... but then leaving them out of the deal.

According to a lawsuit obtained by The Blast, Douglas Ellman — a big real estate company based in NYC — claims they had a written promise from Swift's Firefly Entertainment LLC and 13 Management LLC to give them "sole right to represent" Swift in her purchase of a townhouse at 153 Franklin Street, located in the Tribeca area of Manhattan.

It's worth noting — Swift is never referred to by name, she is simply referred to as "a famous celebrity referred to herein as the 'HPP or high profile person."

In the suit, Ellman claims they eventually "wrongfully excluded" from the $18,000,00 million deal and believe they are owed a 6% commission — $1,080,000.

They are suing for their commission, plus interest.

We reached out to a rep for Swift for comment — so far, no word back.
