Tatum O'Neal Shares Post-Surgery Update: 'I Made It!'

Tatum O'Neal is breathing a sigh of relief after undergoing successful back surgery.
The 55-year-old daughter of Ryan O'Neal shared a post-op photo on Tuesday, showing her in a hospital bed with tubes throughout her body.
"I MADE IT!!" she wrote. "Walking, talking dancing, souls cycle hiking in my near future."
Although back surgery can be pretty invasive, Tatum was smiling while wearing her hospital gown while laying in bed at Cedars-Sinai in Beverly Hills.
She later shared video showing her walking with assistance down the hallway which she says she traveled "three times down."
Tatum's life has been an open book, especially her struggle with drugs, so it's no surprise she's sharing this moment with fans.
