Toni Braxton is having a rough 2020, like the rest of us, and after her sister, Tamar Braxton was hospitalized for attempted suicide -- the singer is letting everyone know at least one cure for the current negative environment -- just dance!

The 'Braxton Family Values' star took to Instagram to promote her new song 'Dance' and told her millions of fans, sometimes we need to just dance to shake off all the negative vibes going on in our lives.

"2020, you need to quit it! The one thing I think we all need sometimes is Dance because we’re #TakingOutNegativeInfluence" Braxton wrote on IG.

Toni Braxton Rushes To Her Sisters Side Following Suicide Attempt


We broke the story, Toni Braxton rushed to her sister Tamar's side on the night she was hospitalized for a possible suicide attempt. The singer was photographed entering the hospital with Tamar's boyfriend David, and being there for her sister.

Toni broke her silence last week about the situation, writing, "Family is everything! Especially sisters!"

"This is why I stan for and with you. You're literally the perfect role model for positive vibes and love! The fact that you use your name for this phrase #TakeOutNegativeInfluence is PURE GENIUS! 👏🏾" one fan commented after reading Toni's IG post.

Toni Braxton Releases New Song, 'Dance!'


Tamar Braxton thanked her longtime boyfriend, David Adefeso, for saving her life on the night of her hospitalization.

"I came here just to say this and then I’m logging off... if you have ever been in recovery or treatment you know that you reflect on a lot of, I couldn’t let another day, another second go by without PUBLICLY Thanking my Love @david.adefeso for saving my life... I’m so grateful. I was in our home lifeless😔💔" she wrote.

She continued, 'I’m sure finding me the way that you did couldn’t have been easy. But know that people coming at you saying all crazy stuff isn’t easy for me. people have called you every name in the book, to deflect from what’s really been going on. and you know that through this entire time, you have held my hand, heard my cries, held me when I have been weak. You have had my ENTIRE back‼️ "
