Porn star Stormy Daniels will remain married unless she and her husband show up to court after a judge warned the couple he will dismiss the case if they do not.
According to court records obtained by The Blast, a Texas judge has set a hearing date for August 13 where he will dismiss the divorce if action is not taken. The hearing was set because neither Stormy nor Glendon Craine has filed a single document or shown up to court since July of last year.
Glendon Craine filed for divorce from Stormy Daniels in Texas, claiming she committed adultery in the middle of her Trump scandal whirlwind. The couple was married in 2015 and have one child together, an 8-year-old daughter.
Craine was seeking sole custody of their kid and wanted Stormy to pay him child support. He claimed she had the ability to make more money than him and asked for a bigger cut of their assets. At one point, Stormy was ordered to pay $1,000 a month in temporary child support.
Stormy denied the allegations in his petition through her then-attorney Michael Avenatti. She had never filed a response to the divorce nor was a hearing ever set to finalize it.
The two will remain married unless they show up to court and move it forward ASAP.
