The lab results have finally come in for the late "Storm Chasers" star, Joel Taylor, and officials determined he died from an accidental overdose.

The Bureau of Forensic Sciences of Puerto Rico tells The Blast after a "meticulous review," it was determined Taylor's cause of death was a deadly mix of MDMA and "tricyclic antidepressants."

We're told officials found ecstasy, Ketamine and Zolpidem, a version of Ambien, in Taylor's system. We're told MDA was also found, which is a derivative of amphetamines.

38-year-old Taylor was aboard the Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas in January when he was found dead after a night of partying.

As we reported, the test took so long because the lab testing machines in Puerto Rico broke, and Taylor's samples had to be sent to the U.S. for analyzing.

The former TV star has since been buried in his hometown of Elk City, Oklahoma.
