Stephen Baldwin's money troubles over the years have forced him to downgrade from a 3,000-square-foot mansion outside of New York City to a small apartment in a less-than-desirable area of Queens.

According to documents obtained by The Blast, Baldwin and his wife Kennya have a tax debt totaling around $413,000. The Baldwins owes $128,823.30 from 2004, $278,926.75 from 2005 and $5,465.77 from 2012.

On the documents, the Baldwins list their address as a third-floor apartment in Kew Gardens, NY. According to StreetEasy.com, the average apartment in that building goes for about $1,850/month.

The Baldwins have had a tough year. Back in March, his foreclosed home was sold back to his bank at auction for just $100. Baldwin defaulted on the home loan owing $781,000 on the four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion in Nyack, NY, located about 25 miles outside of New York City.

Back in 2012, Hailey Baldwin's father was charged with failing to file his state tax returns for three years (2008-2010), owing about $350,000. He was later arrested and pled guilty in the case. He narrowly avoided jail time, but was ordered to pay $300,000 in back taxes and serve five-years probation.
