Stassi Schroeder is not happy with the negative reaction to the most recent episode of her podcast, which drew severe backlash and saw several advertisers drop out.
The now-deleted episode of “Straight Up with Stassi” drew backlash from fans on Twitter shortly after it was posted (see tweets below). The episode was titled “Are we on a male witch hunt?”

Schroeder defended the episode on Twitter, which she later deleted, writing, “Hold up. There is ZERO bashing, & I repeat myself 3726 times how I feel the whole media frenzy has taken away from the victims who were truly assaulted. You may be misinterpreting my point, because we had the best intentions w/ this episode.”
Three advertisers tweeted they were pulling their sponsorship of the show — Rent the Runway, Simple Contacts, and Framebridge. Each of them posted on Twitter voicing their displeasure with what was said on the podcast.
