'Star Wars' Preps for Porg-demonium

After the release of the "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" trailer -- one thing became extremely evident -- PEOPLE LOVE PORGS.
The adorable sea birds took the world by storm, and LucasFilm took quick action to make sure the Porg species will be a cash cow for the franchise.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, LucasFilm wants to slap the Porg's adorable face over all types of merchandise; including toys, games, plush toys, electronic games, and party favors.

After "The Last Jedi" premieres in December, we'll know the full scope of just how important the Porgs will be to the safety of the galaxy ... but fans have already let it be known who deserves the next spinoff.
