Stan Lee's controversial business manager — who was arrested earlier this month for allegedly calling in a false report — was once accused of threatening to shoot and kill the manager of his mother's apartment building.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Keya Morgan was on the receiving end of a temporary restraining order filed by David Augusta, who managed the building where his mother lived.

In the 2016 filing, Augusta claimed that Morgan's mother was behind on rent and had changed the locks to her apartment without permission. Augusta claims when he went to change the locks back, Morgan was there instead and would not allow access to the apartment.

Augusta claims that Morgan "called police + reported a burglary in progress."

After the cops came and left, August claims Morgan became outraged and said, "I have a gun ... the policemen told me I can use it." Augusta also claims Morgan said, "I'm going to shoot you dead" and "You will die."

According to court records, Morgan was eventually found guilty of making criminal threats and was sentenced to 24 months of probation. He also ordered to complete an anger management program.

Following Morgan's arrest for allegedly filing a false police report, his probation was revoked and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest (it was later recalled).

Morgan is due back in court on July 2 for the new arrest and for probation violation hearing.
