"Southern Charm" star Patricia Altschul's former co-star, K. Cooper Ray, is demanding her lawsuit accusing him of defamation be thrown out of court.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, K. Cooper Ray is denying all allegations of wrongdoing in Altschul's legal battle.

Ray says he did nothing wrong by tweeting, “She seemed so lit I don’t think she recognized me. Sigh.”

He is requesting for her entire suit be dismissed and the case be closed.

Earlier this year, Altschul sued K. Cooper Ray accusing him of engaging in a "consistent and extended course of attacking and maligning" her in public comments and quotes in the media.

She said he continued to wage a campaign of verbally abusing, defaming and taking other actions to harm her and her reputation.

She took issue with statements accusing her of having substance abuse issues, stating she "is a cheater and liar" and that she did not write her own cookbook.

Altschul said he made these statements in an attempt to promote his own "Southern Charm" tour businesses he runs. The reality star claimed to have suffered emotional damages as a result of his actions.

She sued demanding an injunction against Ray from trashing her publicly and for unspecified damages.

The case is ongoing.

Ravenel has subpoenaed Altschul wanting to depose her as part of their custody showdown.
