“Southern Charm” star Kathryn Dennis has reached a permanent custody agreement with ex Thomas Ravenel after years of fighting in court.

According to All About The Tea, Dennis and Ravenel have mapped out a schedule for custody of their kids Kensie and Saint.

Per their deal, the two will share joint custody legal and physical custody. Ravenel is listed as being the “primary custodian” in the deal. They both will raise their kids in the Christian faith, split holidays with the kids and will not introduce new romantic partners to them.

Dennis agreed to not allow their children to watch “Southern Charm”, specifically the reunion show. The kids can watch the reality show when they turn 13-years-old.

The agreement read, “The parties now consider it to be in their best interests and in accord with the best interests and welfare of their children to settle between themselves all matters in issue and have reached a permanent and complete agreement and now wish to reduce their agreement to writing and desire that it shall constitute the total agreement between them.”

Ravenel’s lawyer said, “The parties’ custody agreement awarded Mr. Ravenel primary legal custody of the minor children. The parties currently share physical custody of the children on a 36%/64% split, with Ms. Dennis having the children five out of fourteen overnights and Mr. Ravenel having the children nine out of fourteen overnights. This time-sharing arrangement is scheduled to change in the Summer of 2020, whereby the parties will then share physical custody of the children on a 50/50 week-on week-off basis. Ms. Dennis is required to employ a nanny during the majority of her time with the children and Mr. Ravenel has agreed to pay the nanny’s salary in lieu of child support.”

The deal brings an end to one of the nasty custody battles. Dennis and Ravenel have been battling in court for years. Ravenel sued Bravo, as part of his custody case, to stop them from airing footage of his kids.

At the time, Dennis was trying to get primary custody of her kids after completing rehab. Dennis had her custody taken away in 2016 after failing a drug test but was awarded joint custody this year after completing rehab and staying clean.

Back in August, a South Carolina judge issued a temporary custody order which gave them joint custody. Dennis was the primary legal custodian in that order. The two were ordered to attend three co-parenting sessions with a counselor.

The judge ordered them to not drink or do drugs in front of the kids.

The temporary order came as Ravenel had been attempting to strip Dennis of custody, accusing her of failing a drug test. He demanded the court to only allow Dennis to have supervised visitation with their two kids Kensie and Saint. Dennis has disputed the test and pointed out her hair test came back clean.

Dennis believed using CBD oil caused a positive test result.

Dennis recently admitted to drinking during the “Southern Charm” reunion. Ravenel narrowly avoided being thrown in jail in his criminal case. He was accused of sexually assaulting his nanny, Dawn Ledwell. He paid $125,000 to settle her civil lawsuit.

Denis was also recently falsely accused of burglary by a friend of Ravenel’s. The woman ended up getting arrested for making a false report.
