According to The Sun, who obtained court documents, the reality star is being sued by a woman named Katherine Leonard, owner of KL Creative. The suit says Kathryn hired Katherine to “overhaul her image” but failed to pay up on $4,908 on an invoice.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the legal battle is still pending in South Carolina and Kathryn has yet to respond.
In the lawsuit Katherine says, “I was brought on to help Ms Dennis to rebrand herself and worked in good faith to achieve all the goals we set out for her. Once she gave me a deposit we began to work on meeting said goals on a strict deadline. She accepted my services and I performed them perfectly. Two letters have been sent by a lawyer to her to no avail. I now have no choice but to file here in order to get paid for the work I performed for her in Nov, 2019!”

Kathryn’s third attempt at an apology read, “Honestly I never realized the monkey emoji was racist. Obviously I was wrong. I’m sorry. The conversation I had was distorted and completely taken out of context and now I’m being called all these things that I am not. I really appreciate people who correct me and teach me because without them I might have been repeating mistakes for a long time. Honestly I use that emoji all the time because it looks silly and awkward the way the way it is sitting. I was messaging is anonymous I did not know who…boy/girl black/white. I hear you, I see you and I’m sorry. For the fans that I have offended, I’m sorry. For the fans that have supported me, thank you.”
Mika previously refused to accept Kathryn’s apology.
