“Southern Charm” star Patricia Altschul was forced to sit for hours and answers questions about her co-star Kathryn Dennis, and the reality star did not enjoy it one bit.

The reality star sat down for an interview with The New York Times, where she detailed having to give a court-ordered deposition recently, after Thomas Ravenel demanded it.

The writer noted, “The day before Mrs. Altschul sat for this interview, she had spent hours in a court deposition for the case, something she noted several times, with hints of restrained exasperation.”

When she was asked to elaborate the reality star said, “Legally, I can’t make a comment because this is ongoing. My hands are tied …. I’d like to say a lot.”

Back in June, a South Carolina judge sided with Ravenel and denied Altschul’s motion to avoid being dragged into his custody battle with Dennis.

The judge ordered her to be deposed and it will “last no longer than six hours.” Ravenel and Altschul were to agree on a date.

She was also ordered to turn over all text and email communications between herself and Kathryn Dennis and Luzanne Otte, Ravenel's former girlfriend from April 1, 2018 until now.

Ravenel believes Altschul has information about Dennis colluding with another woman to accuse him of sexual assault. He will now be able to grill his former co-star all about his claims.

Ravenel fired off a subpoena earlier this year seeking to question her about Dennis and Bravo, and about his claim they colluded together.

Altschul demanded she not be forced to sit for a deposition and claimed to only be “involved” in the matter because she is a character on a TV show. Altschul said she did not want to be involved in this case for either party.

Her lawyer argued his client was a female in her seventies “who should not be subjected to hours of questioning regarding issues that are totally irrelevant to this case.” She says Ravenel's attempt to depose her is nothing more than harassment.

Altschul argued Ravenel can get the information he seeks from other witnesses and wanted a judge to shut down the subpoena.

Ravenel demanded she not be allowed to skip out on the deposition. He said Altschul's objections to being deposed because of her gender and her age were without merit, pointing to her "energy to be the star of a reality TV show, she should have the energy to appear for one afternoon of deposition."

Ravenel said Altschul has known both him and Dennis for many years as both a friend and co-star on "Southern Charm."

He said Altschul had witnessed them both with their kids and has relevant testimony to give in the case. He believed she may have text conversations that back up his claim Dennis colluded with another woman to accuse him of sexual assault.

The custody battle is ongoing.
