"Real Housewives of New York" star Sonja Morgan scored a victory in the legal battle with her ex-bankruptcy lawyers over an unpaid bill.

As The Blast first reported, the law firm of Browne George Ross LLP sued Morgan in New York court over the $66,330.34 that was awarded to them after Morgan went through bankruptcy court.

She originally owed them almost $2 million, but after restructuring her debt, the number was reduced to $66,000. BGR is a California firm but they filed in New York, where Morgan lives, to order her to fork over the cash.

On July 30, the New York judge came back and dismissed the law firm’s entire complaint against Morgan.

The order states that the court lacks jurisdiction over the matter, saying any dispute over anything related to the bankruptcy case needs to be handled in that court.

The judge said it would be inappropriate for him to make any decisions on the matter and dismissed the entire case.

Morgan isn’t entirely in the clear. As The Blast first reported, she is still facing a separate lawsuit for $350,000 from other lawyers who worked on her bankruptcy.

That case is still ongoing.
