Sofia Richie shared a quote from Nelson Mandela in reaction to the murder of George Floyd.

In the statement, posted on Instagram, Richie turned to the great former leader of South Africa to explain to her feelings at what is going on in this country at the moment.

Sofia shared with her six and a half million Instagram followers a picture with this quote, "No one person is born hating another because of the colour of his skin, his background or his religion. People learn to hate and if learn to hate they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite."

Call your loved ones out on their racist rhetoric. Spend your money at black businesses. Black lives matter, black children matter, black parents matter. ✊?✊?✊?✊?" one person posted.
