Simone Biles Flaunts Mind-Blowing Abs While Saying Her Two Frenchies Won't Let Her 'Just Do It'

Simone Biles knows that pets can be a huge distraction from working out... even if you are all decked out in Nike gear.

The most decorated American gymnast showed off her toned physique on Friday but it's unclear if she ever made it out of her own backyard thanks to her adorable doggies. Simone was dressed head to toe in white Nike gear but said two specific members of her family wouldn't let her "Just Do It."

"I can’t ..... my frenchies say NO," Biles captioned her super-fit pic.

It's clear who wears the pants in the family... no one, but it seems that her cute pooches have a big say about what the gymnast can and can't do. We are pretty sure nobody could resist those adorable doggie faces.

"If you need dog walkers I’ll apply ?," one jealous follower commented.

While many fans were taken by the dogs, several couldn't get over how great Simone looked.

"GIRL YOU LOOK GOOOOOOOD ??," Gabi Butler, star of the Netflix docuseries, "Cheer," commented.

Biles recently decided to chop it all off and went with a much shorter look. Her fans became accustomed to her long hair that went far down her back but she got it trimmed so it would perfectly frame her face.

"??‍♀️snip snip," she captioned her big debut.

Her fans definitely approved and sent mad love in the comments section of her post.

"I love your new look. Simply beautiful ❤️," one complimentary fan wrote, while another said, "It looks good on you Simone!!! Love you ❤️❤️."

When you are an Olympic champion, you don't have to get ready... because you stay ready! That's how Biles approaches her bikini bod at least. Earlier this month, Simone posed in a tiny tube top and matching bottoms while flashing her infectious smile. She accessorized with big glasses and her cute, diamond stud belly button ring.

She may be a gymnastics champion but she's getting pretty good at the influencer game as well. "hey big head ?," she captioned her thirst trap. Everyone knows that it's cool to be self-deprecating in the caption of a smoking hot pic.

Just in case you came here for the dogs, we think it's important to mention that Simone's dogs are social media star as well. Her two French bulldogs, Lilo & Rambo, have their own Instagram account with over 37K followers but mommy makes them share.

Rambo actually just joined the family about 3-weeks ago and he was welcomed with a special message from Lilo (Simone really wrote it).
