'She's All That' Star Rachael Leigh Cook's Husband Files For Divorce

'She's All That' star Rachael Leigh Cook's husband, Daniel Gillies, has filed for divorce after 15-years of marriage.
According to legal documents, obtained by The Blast, 'The Vampire Diaries' star filed to legally end the couple's marriage in the Los Angeles County Courts.
The divorce was filed on July 10, 2020, several weeks after the couple announced they were splitting up.
The 'She's All That' star addressed the couple's breakup in an emotional post on Instagram in June.
"With deep gratitude for every year we have spent together and the thousands of beautiful memories shared, we have mutually decided to separate as a couple," the actress wrote.
She added, "This decision isn't one we have come to easily or lightly."
"We love and respect each other as parents, people and artists and look forward to maintaining the best parts of our relationship for many years to come," she continued.
The actress and her husband share two children together, 5-year-old daughter Charlotte, and a 4-year-old son Theodore.
It's unclear if Gillies and Cook have agreed to joint custody of the children, or if this will be an issue in their divorce.
The couple began dating in 2001 and were married in 2004.
Over the years, Daniel spoke very highly of his famous wife, telling ET in 2017 how "beautiful" she was and how enamored he's been with her since the beginning of their relationship.
"This is going to sound like the creepiest thing of all time, but when I was first married her… I remember just watching her sleep and thinking that is the most beautiful person and I would just watch her for a while," he recalled.
The 'She's All That' star has yet to respond to the divorce filing.
