Shaquille O'Neal is a little skeptical that Stevie Wonder is really blind and he told a story on Thursday's episode of "Inside The NBA" that might have you questioning his sight as well.

The big man was sitting on the panel with Charles Barkley, Ernie Johnson, and Kenny Smith when his co-hosts begged him to tell the hard to ~~see~~ believe story about an encounter O'Neal had with Wonder in a Los Angeles elevator.

"It's a true story," O'Neal explained as the rest of the panel waited on bated breath.

Shaq explained that he lives in the same building as the singer before he got into the hard to believe part.

"So, we live in a building on Wilshire. So you park your car and the valet's down there. So I'm already in the building, I'm coming through the lobby. Door opens, it's Stevie Wonder. He comes in, says, 'What's up, Shaq?' Presses the button."

The whole "Inside The NBA" crew started rolling and it looked like Smith could barely handle the funny story when Shaq said, "For real."

"Presses the button, gets off on his floor, goes to his room. I went and called every person I knew and told them this story. And they believed me," O'Neal claimed.

To be fair to Stevie, Shaq's voice is extremely recognizable but that doesn't explain how he knew what floor to get off on. The question "Can Stevie see?" has been asked jokingly and seriously throughout the singer's life and his uncanny way of navigating around and recognizing celebrities leaves many people perplexed.

Fans have scoured the internet for proof that the blind man can see and they have produced a lot of head-scratching evidence. One video shows Wonder singing "Hey Jude" with Paul McCartney and a slew of other celebrities onstage when Paul accidentally bumps Stevie's mic stand. Without missing a beat, he reaches out to catch the falling stand and return it back to its original place. How did he do that?
