Shanina Shaik and DJ Ruckus have settled their divorce case, just days after the model has gone public with what looks like a new boyfriend.

According to new legal documents, obtained by The Blast, DJ Ruckus filed the settlement with the court indicating the couple has come to an agreement about all outstanding financial and property splitting issues.

The documents, which were filed on December 27, 2019, indicate the couple has a prenup...so it should have been easy to negotiate the settlement in this case.

But, when filing the original divorce, Shanina was asking for spousal support from the DJ and it did not list the prenup.

It's unclear if any money changed hands in the settlement.

As we reported, Shanina filed for divorce in Los Angeles County Court on July 2, 2019. At the time, she listed irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

The couple were married in April 2018 in a romantic ceremony in the Bahamas after a two-year-long engagement. The star-studded wedding included guests such as Ashlee Simpson and Evan Ross and Reverend Run from Run DMC married the couple.

The model issued a statement when the couple split, saying, “After careful thought and consideration, Shanina Shaik and Greg ‘DJ Ruckus’ Andrews have decided to separate. They move forward with much mutual respect and love for each other and ask to please respect their privacy during this time.”

The couple was engaged and married in a quick 9-month whirlwind of a relationship, with Shaik saying at the time, “it was really quick, but it feels right. We’re best friends, and we’re obviously very much in love, and we have lots of fun with each other,”

The model told Ocean Drive Magazine, "We understand each other’s life and career, and I think that’s important as well. I was super happy and so excited that he asked me to marry him.”

Shanina has been recently posting photos and videos of what looks like her new boyfriend on Instagram. In most cases, she blurs out his face or obscures it with something.

Just 10 days before the settlement was filed, the model posted a photo of him on her social media with a heart over his face.

She also posted a black and white photo of presumably his hand and hers together, with the message, 'I will admit this was the hardest year of my life. I was dealing with the biggest heartache. So many things I wish I could share with all of you but I choose to keep my personal stories close to my heart and heal."

She continued, "After dealing with a huge loss in my life, I GAVE UP ON LOVE I didn't want it or believed that a true love could exist. I was broken... You took me by surprise and made me believe that a BEAUTIFUL love exists! It's kind, supporting, romantic and friendly. You're my best friend! Throughout my heartache, you stood by me and I'm thankful for you. Thank you for making me believe in love again. I'm thankful I have you... to call you mine."
