“Selling Sunset” star Chrishell Stause has lost her mom one year after her father’s passing. The famous Los Angeles realtor took to social media to announce her mother’s death on Saturday, July 18. Justin Hartley‘s estranged wife shared several photos of her mother on Instagram and said she was in “disbelief” over the loss but finds comfort in knowing that her parents are now reunited.
“In disbelief that you are gone. Feeling just about every emotion, but I find comfort knowing Dad is up there taking care of you and showing you the ropes like only he could,” she captioned the heartwrenching post.
Revealing that she was there for her last mom’s last breath, Chrishell Stause continued, “Absolutely heartbreaking watching you take your last labored breath, but there is a peace knowing you two are together again, free from the pain that plagued your time here.”
Describing her mom as “a free spirit and rebel till the very end,” the Netflix star ended her tribute by writing, “My beautiful Mom, in your own words #F—Cancer.”

Chrishell Stause first opened up about her mom’s diagnosis back in February. Sharing the devastating news on World Cancer Day, the soap opera star kept a positive attitude. “She now completed her first full round of chemo & radiation and responded positively! The results of her new round of tests & updated prognosis is much better than before and she is a fighter!” she wrote.
Just last month, Chrishell Stause shared a fun video showing her mom wearing her daughter’s wigs. “Since my mom has lost her hair from cancer treatment, I felt like what better time to dust it off and have a little fun?? Here’s me teaching my mom to give a good soap turn-hair flip,” she captioned the video.
In April 2019, the “Selling Sunset” star revealed her dad’s death. ” “We lost you today but it was a long terrible battle with cancer that started taking you years ago. I choose to remember you the way you were before it took it’s hold on you,” she wrote along with sharing a snap.
Her father’s death was a topic on season two of “Selling Sunset” and a sore spot between her and co-star Christine Quinn. Seven months after her father’s passing, “This Is Us” star Justin Hartley filed for divorce after two years of marriage.
