Selena Gomez kept her life-saving kidney transplant under wraps for quite some time, but it was clear something was different about the star.

Before Gomez pulled back from public eye while dealing with the surgery, she was spotted out in June with The Weeknd. Gomez and her boyfriend hit up The Grove, a popular shopping center in Los Angeles.

Almost a month later, Gomez was spotted in July walking around Malibu. The star admitted she was "laying low" during her recovery.
