Sean Kingston is looking to expand his empire beyond music and this time, he’s taking a swing at the world of boxing. The Blast has learned that the “Beautiful Girls” singer is starting his own professional boxing league for rappers and he’s teaming up with hip-hop agent to the stars Triple The Mogul. There are already several rappers that are on board and willing to fight once PRBL (Professional Rapper Boxing League) gets off the ground and running. We’re told even Soulja Boy is thinking about joining.

PRBL started after Sean Kingston began hosting boxing events at his Hollywood Hills mansion and rappers like YK Osiris and Lil Tjay already taking part in the fighting. The 30-year-old star and Triple The Mogul have already attracted a bunch of wealthy investors too. Sources tell The Blast that various combat sports companies such as Top Rank and Zuffa LLC, which is The company that created the UFC with Dana White, are talking about backing the boxing league. Kingston and Triple have forked over a decent chunk of change too.
Sean Kingston (whose real name is Kisean Andreson) and Triple The Mogul (real name Robert Levy) have personally invested $10 million each, raising nearly $50 million for PRBL in total so far. We’re told that the league isn’t just a pipe dream. They are planning to get the boxing matches up and running before the NBA season in July. The fights will continue to be held at the “Eenie Meenie” singer’s home but they have dreams of expanding it to boxing gyms and arenas depending on the demand.
As of now, YK Osiris, Lil Tjay and Trippie Redd have already verbally agreed to fight and Soulja Boy is warming up to the idea. YK Osiris has even called on his buddies like Tory Lanez and Drake, challenging them to matches. If you’re interested in watching, Instagram Live will have to do for now. Our sources say the fights will be streamed on the social media giant once a week with hopes to expand to Pay Per View. The goal is for Professional Rapper Boxing League to be a live event with an audience but that won’t come to fruition until after Coronavirus settles down.
