Sarah Hyland has been released from the hospital after a four-day stay and is now detailing the scary incident to fans.

The "Modern Family" actress, who suffers from a kidney condition, says she found herself in the emergency room after suffering chest pains and breathing issues.

“Long story short, I went in because I was feeling like I was being choked from whatever’s in the house," she told fans.

Revealing the "chest pains" that followed, Hyland says she thought it would be best to get checked out.

“And then I was like, maybe it’s just a coincidence, maybe there’s something actually medically wrong with me," she said. "So I went to the ER after a very long day of work with lots of makeup on, and I just got home, from Friday night.”

Hyland -- who plays Haley Dunphy on the hit show -- says that although she took plenty of tests at the hospital, there's “no scientific explanation” for the issues she experienced.

“They ran multiple tests, multiple times, and there’s nothing physically wrong with me. So. Wonder why I was there," she told fans.

The actress revealed she had been hospitalized over the weekend, but seemed in good spirits.

She was seen dancing while hooked up to the machines and even serving "lewks" from her hospital bed.

Sporting her naturally curly locks and oversized eye glasses, Hyland shared several pics while hooked up to monitors.
