Fans of Ryan Seacrest were concerned last month after the TV personality and host said he was really tired and suffering from exhaustion.

Though it seems his health has been on the mend lately, people are still worried that he's not doing enough for himself.

On May 31, CinemaBlend wrote about the situation, and said that ABC is also keenly aware of Seacrest's welfare.

It began back in May, when many on social media were watching Seacrest during the "American Idol" finale. Fans were alarmed to see some changes in Seacrest's face and in the way he talked.

For example, one of his eyes suddenly seemed bigger than the other, and people also noticed how he slurred his words for a brief moment during the show's finale.

And the day after the finale, when Seacrest was supposed to be on the morning talk show "Live With Kelly and Ryan," he was nowhere to be found.

"Ryan worked late last night so he is taking the morning off," Kelly Ripa said that morning.

The next day, Seacrest went on the air to explain.

"I want to thank Mark for filling in yesterday. I appreciate that. He's so good at it. And also the very kind well wishes for my exhaustion. Working round-the-clock so I got a day off to relax. And here we are once again at it on Live."

At the time, a representative for Seacrest had to speak out to settle the debate.

"Ryan did not have any kind of stroke last night," the rep told People.

The statement continued:

"Between 'Live with Kelly and Ryan,' 'American Idol,' 'On Air with Ryan Seacrest,' and the Disney Family Singalong specials, he has been juggling three to four on-air jobs over the last few weeks and he’s in need of rest. So today he took a well-deserved day off."

"Like many people right now, Ryan is adjusting to the new normal and finding work-home balance, with the added stress of having to put on live shows from home."

Seacrest was recently able to get outside and get some fresh air.

Seacrest has continued taking care of himself. On May 24, over Memorial Day Weekend, Seacrest posted a picture of himself out in nature while wearing a mask.

"A breath of fresh air.... even from behind a mask. Happy Memorial Day Weekend!" he wrote.

As Distractify writes, he also showed off his strawberry garden, which he'll use for some protein shakes.

But CinemaBlend says ABC executives aren't so sure things are copacetic, adding that it may be a personal problem. The site wrote: "There was even speculation his work schedule may have contributed to his break up with longtime girlfriend Shayna Taylor."

But we won't know for sure until Seacrest decides to tell us. For now, it's good to see him taking care of himself.
