Ryan Seacrest Refuses to Turn Over Private Emails with Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner to Blac Chyna

Ryan Seacrest has no intention of turning over his private communications with The Kardashians to Blac Chyna, despite her demanding his personal emails in her legal battle against Rob Kardashian and his family.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Seacrest says Chyna is doing nothing more than trying to harass him and claims there is no reason to depose him or hand over his communication.
In his objection to her motion to compel, he claims that Chyna has failed to show he has any unique knowledge of the case besides "(1) a single tweet in which Mr. Seacrest merely referenced the existence of the subject television show and (2) irrelevant text messages from Mr. Seacrest in which he checked in on the health of Defendant Robert Kardashian (“Robert”) in connection with events that are not even at issue in this case."
Seacrest wants the court to sanction Chyna to the tune of $2,460 for her legal games and her request that he be sanctioned to be denied.
As The Blast first reported, Chyna filed court docs seeking to grill Ryan Seacrest under oath during a deposition as part of her lawsuit over the cancellation of her E! reality show “Rob & Chyna.”
She also wanted him to hand over personal emails and text he exchanged with Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kris Jenner as part of her nasty legal battle with Rob Kardashian.
Chyna sued Rob and his family accusing Khloe, Kris and Kylie of interfering with the show and causing producers and the network to cancel the show, which allegedly caused her substantial damages.
The Kardashians have denied all allegations of wrongdoing and have demanded the suit be tossed.

Chyna accused Seacrest of refusing to sit for a deposition in the case even though he was an executive producer on “Rob & Chyna.” She believes he has knowledge that will help her build her case against Rob and the rest of his family.
Blac Chyna also wants all documents about the renewal of the show, records of meetings between Seacrest, Kim, Khloe and Kylie about canceling her show, and all information about the origins of “Life of Kylie.”
The case is ongoing.
