Rooney Mara set off a ton of speculation after she was seen leaving a grocery store last Friday in Los Angeles while sporting a massive diamond ring.

The 34-year-old "Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" star and 44-year-old Joaquin Phoenix have been romantically linked since 2017 after they both appeared in the biblical drama, "Mary Magdalene."

The stars later confirmed their relationship by appearing on the red carpet together at the Cannes Film Festival, but beyond that, both Mara and Phoenix have been very private about the details of their personal lives.

The actors first met back in 2013 on the set of the movie, "Her."
