Robert Blake pulled the trigger on ending the marriage with his current wife, and now he's angling to take away her ability to collect spousal support.

According to the former "Baretta" star's divorce filings, he's requesting that no support is awarded to estranged wife, Pamela Hudak.

Blake lists that they originally tied the knot in April 2017, and spent 1 year and 7 months together before splitting up on December 6 for "irreconcilable differences."

It's unclear if the two had a prenuptial agreement, but Blake is adamant he wants all sole and separate accounts and property to remain his own.

As The Blast reported, Blake filed for divorce from his third wife last week. Hudak and the ex-TV star have known each other for years, and she even testified on his behalf during the 2005 murder for the shooting death of Bonnie Lee Blakely.
