It could be a number of reasons like heartache, drama or the bullying by the media because of his weight gain. He is making appearances so infrequently to the point where Kanye West makes more appearances on the show. His dating life has always been a secret to the public, so this will be very interesting. Cheetah Girls’ Adrienne Bailon was his first public girlfriend. She appeared on the KUTWK numerous times and their relationship played out on the reality show. This means the drama and fall out too. They dated from 2007 to 2009, but Rob cheated on her. To this day, the two are not on good terms. Especially after the fight with the Kardashian girls in 2014.
