R. Kelly’s ex-girlfriend Azriel Clary is making amends with her family while in quarantine, while the singer whines about his treatment behind bars.

The 23-year-old posted photos of her lounging around during quarantine. She looks happy while reading books including “The Secret”, playing with her dog and playing board games.

Azriel said during quarantine she’s been doing some thinking about the past. She wrote, “it’s so easy for all of us to get so consumed in work, life, and just keeping up with society. glad to have this time to focus on self-love, and healing with my family.”

She continued, “Family is everything, and more than anything I’m thankful my family and the world prayed for me and welcomed me with loving arms. I am now mature enough to put my pride to the side and apologize for all the humiliation and embarrassment I’ve put my family through.”

Azriel got raw when talking about being an alleged victim of Kelly’s abuse. She said, “please do not degrade victims, people will kill for love if told to do so. I’m just thankful my prior relationship never led to that extent. abuse is a real thing, physically, mentally, and verbally. be kind to others.. you never know what they may be going through. continue to thrive.”

The Blast

As The Blast previously reported, Azriel decided to end her relationship with Kelly in December. She moved out of her Trump Tower condo in Chicago and reunited with her family.

Since leaving him, Azriel has been vocal about Kelly’s alleged treatment of her. She accuses him of years of abuse and detailed one incident where he allegedly beat her with a size 12 Nike shoe.

Kelly is currently locked up in MCC Chicago where he is awaiting trial. The singer is facing numerous criminal charges in two separate federal cases.

He recently threw a fit after not being allowed visitors due to Coronavirus. Kelly reportedly was upset after his lawyers were turned away by prison officials. A rep for the Bureau of Prisons in Illinois says the staff has suspended all visitors for 30 days.
