Vanessa Morgan is on cloud 9 after saying "I do" to Brielle Biermann's ex-boyfriend, Michael Kopech. The "Riverdale" star and her Chicago White Sox pitcher wed in front of friends, family, and her CW castmates over the weekend and Vanessa Morgan is sharing the first pictures from their beautiful ceremony. Taking to Instagram on Monday evening, the actress posted two photos from their special day including one of her at the altar and another of Michael Kopech before the ceremony.

Vanessa Morgan shared a sweet photo as the two said, "I do." Showing off her dazzling long-sleeved Eisen Stein wedding dress with beautiful crystal patterns throughout it, the "Riverdale" star wore her gorgeous long dark locks down and curled. She paired her wedding day look with a tapered veil and simple dangling earrings. "01/04/20 ♥️ Married my Prince," Vanessa Morgan captioned the photo. In the background, fans will notice her redheaded on-screen lover in "Riverdale," Madelaine Petsch. According to People, Madelaine wasn't the only "Riverdale" co-star in attendance. Skeet Ulrich and, Drew Tanner, who played Fangs, was also there too watching Vanessa exchange vows.

The second photo the bride shared was of her new husband prior to their nuptials. Michael Kopech is seen wearing a tan vest with matching pants as his long blonde locks stayed loose and wild. It appears this shot was taken ahead of their Saturday ceremony. As The Blast reported, the two announced their engagement in July, just over one year after the MLB player broke up with "Don't Be Tardy" star Brielle Biermann. Michael Kopech asked for the actress's hand in marriage while the two were vacationing at Arizona’s Mooney Falls.

Getting down on bended knee, the White Sox pitcher popped the question under a beautiful waterfall while the active couple were hiking. Revealing it "probably doesn’t make sense to many people for a s--- ton of reasons," he added that despite the odds, "We know this is forever." Continuing, Michael Kopech wrote, "You’ve loved me for ME from day one. Completely unselfishly. You’re undeniably the spark that reignited my fire." Prior to his relationship with Vanessa Morgan, the MLB star dated Brielle Biermann for two years before calling it quits in March 2018.
