According to the lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, Isabel Gonzalez says she was employed by the famous Hilton family as a live-in housekeeper, but she does not give the dates of her employment.
Gonzalez says she collected a weekly salary, but regularly worked overtime hours, and claims she was never compensated for the OT.
Gonzales also accuses Nicki and Paris’ parents of failing to provide a second meal break, along with “any rest periods.”
She’s no longer a housekeeper for the Hiltons, and claims upon her termination was not paid out her proper wages, or given an accurate accounting of what she’s owed.
Specifically Gonzalez is suing Rick and Kathy for failure to pay overtime compensation, failure to provide required meal and rest periods and failure to pay wages after separation.
The housekeeper does not say how much she believes she’s owed, but lists that it’s definitely over $25,000.
The courtroom drama may be perfect timing for Kathy, as she has recently been in the news as a possible addition to the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”
After the hotel heiress was pictured out with Bravo exec Andy Cohen, rumors began swirling that she would be a replacement for Lisa Vanderpump, who recently quit the show.
Kathy’s sisters, Kyle and Kim, are already “RHOBH” vets, and she’s been regularly featured on the show throughout the years.
Adding to the TV rumor mill, Kathy’s daughter Paris was also recently rumored to be working on a reboot of “The Simple Life,” with Lindsay Lohan … but that turned out to be nothing more than a fantastic fib.
