Earlier today, the reality star announced the news on her Instagram with a video. She wrote, “There’s no hiding this big belly anymore! We are elated to share our news with you! To say we are thankful is an absolute understatement ♥️ #RHOP”
In the clip, Ashley’s son Dean is wearing a shirt that says he is about to be a big brother.
Ashley’s costar Monique Samuels commented on the post, “Congratulations!!!!!” The other cast members have yet to comment on the post.
The announcement comes as the two face marital problems on “Real Housewives of Potomac.” On this season, Michael is accused of hitting the strip club without telling his wife. The two are seen fighting over the incident in a recent clip released.
Last season, Michael faced allegations of sexual assault by an “RHOP” cameraman. In 2018, Michael was criminally charged with sexual assault. 59-year-old Michael was accused of grabbing and groping Orville Palmer’s butt while he was working on the show. The cameraman claimed when he turned around Michael gave him a “flirtatious look.” He told the reality star to stop and then reported the incident to his boss.
Orville proceeded to file a statement of claim against Michael with the police. Michael was facing up to 11 years in prison on the charges, but prosecutors dropped the charges.
At one point, production was put on pause after Michael was hit with the criminal charges. He eventually started filming again but was met with a bunch of side-eyes from the cast. Last season, producers aired the footage of the alleged incident, which occurred off-camera, showing something did happen that ended with Michael apologizing to the cameraman.
All charges were eventually dropped against Michael.
