Ramona Singer is giving “Real Housewives” a new meaning when she picked up a mop for the first time in 45 years.
The “Real Housewives of New York” star showed off her fabulous figure in an “old nightgown” on Wednesday night. Ramona revealed that she is not taking any chances by having a maid clean while on self-quarantine and decided to give the old mop a try. The 62-year-old looked amazing while donning the silky lingerie with black lace trim and white rubber gloves. Her mopping skills were a little lacking but she made up for that with her positive attitude.
“Whelp what can I say… not taking any chances over here so had to do away with the housecleaning service. I think I am managing quite well don’t you think!? ??♀️ #selfisolation,” Singer wrote in the caption of her post.
Ramona is seemingly self-isolating with her ex, Mario Singer and her daughter, Avery in Boca Rotan, Florida. Avery, 23, was shocked by her mom’s choice to get down and dirty with the cleaning supplies and Singer’s famous friends were too.
However, some other followers were not impressed by her cleaning skills but Ramona replied to the criticism.
“Doing the best I can haven’t mopped in 45 yrs ….. and they changed them .., lol ?,” she commented on her own post.
Her daughter documented the whole experience on her Instagram story because it’s such a rare thing. In fact, based on Ramona’s memory, Avery has never seen her mom clean before.
“So we got rid of the cleaning service and my mom volunteered,” she said in the first of her video series.
“I can’t get contaminated,” Ramona said. “I’m wearing an old nightgown so if I get bleach on it, I’m not going to ruin it.”
“You’re like a professional,” Avery said with a laugh and she wrote, “Now this is a SIGHT,” over a video of Singer cleaning her third toilet.
At the end of the day, it’s nice to see Ramona, her ex Mario, and Avery spending some quality time together. How dirty can toilets really get?
