“Real Housewives of New York” star Jules Wainstein asked the court to appoint a public defender to help her fight the case accusing her of punching her estranged husband Michael Wainstein.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, a Florida judge found Jules “indigent” and will allow her to use a public defender. To be found “indigent” usually means a person is without financial resources to afford a lawyer on their own.
Page Six broke the story, Jules was arrested over the weekend after an incident with her ex Michael in Palm Beach County, Florida.
