Former “Real Housewives of New York” star Bethenny Frankel has unloaded her massive SoHo loft for $3.995 million.

The Skinnygirl CEO has finally found a buyer the 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2,392 sq. ft. condo. Frankel originally bought the property in 2014.

She put it up for sale in 2017 for $4,495,000 million. Frankel removed the listing and relisted in April for $4,375,000. She slashed the price down to $3.995 million after months of it sitting on the market.

The property description reads, “Perfectly located in a doorman condominium loft building on a quiet cobblestone block of Mercer Street in SoHo's historic cast-iron district, this superbly outfitted 2-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom designer loft is grandly scaled with over 2,392 square feet of living space and features a wood-burning fireplace and a small balcony, the only one of its kind in the building.”

Further, “the 25-foot wide great room with its soaring 14ft ceilings is brightly lit by three triple-paned arched windows, framed in hardwood mahogany features a working wood-burning fireplace. Adjoining the entertaining space is a Bulthaup open kitchen, expertly equipped for the most discerning chef.”

The loft also includes, “A grand hallway - ideal for an art collection - maximizes use of space by providing a home office area complete with storage and customized built-ins. The gracious master bedroom suite is a serene sanctuary and features a stunning custom-built walk-in closet and a luxurious 5-fixture marble bathroom resplendent with double vanity sinks, a deep soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed steam/rain shower. The enormous second bedroom offers custom closets and a contemporary en-suite bathroom.”

The home sale comes months after Frankel decided to leave “Real Housewives of New York.” She starred on the reality ashow from season 1 until season 3. She left and would return for season 7 through season 11.

Frankel released a statement to fans, “I have decided to leave the ‘Housewives’ franchise to explore my next chapter.”

She added, “It’s time to move on and focus on my daughter, my philanthropy and my production partnership with Mark Burnett, producing and starring in shows which represent a shift in the conversation for women. With the changes in modern culture, I want to highlight the strength, confidence and unstoppable power that women have.”

Frankel ended, “My experience at Bravo has been an incredibly magical ride. I am so grateful to them for highlighting my entrepreneurialism and allowing me to pave the way for many women to achieve their goals. I am excited for my future. The best is yet to come.”

The business mogul is still battling her former attorney in court. She is suing her ex-attorney for $2 million-dollars accusing him of legal malpractice. The battle revolves around a trust created for Frankel’s former $5 million-dollar condo, which became an issue in her divorce battle with Jason Hoppy. The case is ongoing.
