Joe Guidice is keeping the weight off post ICE release by practicing martial arts, and he’s so flexible that he can even do the splits all three ways!
The “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star is wasting no time getting into a regular fitness routine after being released and deported back to Italy last week.
His oldest daughter, Gia, has been sharing updates on her dad since his release and posted two videos of her trim pop doing what looks like Taekwondo while shirtless.
Despite rumors that Teresa Giudice isn’t in love with Joe anymore, Gia’s caption makes it seem like the family is a united front following his release.
“We come back stronger than before,” she wrote. “The fights just starting.”
Adding to the caption, she turned the focus on Joe’s brother, Pete, who he’s seen sparing with.
“Zio pete your a great coach,” Gia wrote.
Not many 47-year-olds can do the splits, but Joe makes it look easy.
Gia added a video of the reality star doing the middle, left and right splits on her IG story. This time, Joe has his own message to relay to fans.
“I’m going to come back and we’re going to fight,” he said. “Gotta fight your way back. Never give up.”
As The Blast reported, Joe was released from ICE custody after 7 months over the weekend.
His daughter shared the first photo since his release and fans were shocked at how much weight Joe had lost. He was seen smiling on his way to the airport to head back to Italy.
Despite moving to the states when he was a child, he never got his citizenship. He’s been battling his deportation case since his release from prison earlier this year.
Joe has been in ICE custody since March after serving more than 3-years in prison for fraud and failing to pay taxes.
