"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband believes text messages sent by Tamra Judge will prove she hatched a plan to ruin his reputation and is demanding he be allowed to get his hands on the texts.

Earlier this year, Jim Bellino sued Judge and Shannon Beador and accusing them of defamation when she trashed his family on a podcast with comedian Heather McDonald.

He accused the reality stars of spreading lies that his divorce was fake, that his trampoline business had left customers paralyzed, and claimed he was "going to jail.”

Jim sued seeking in excess of $1 million dollars for the damage Tamra and Shannon allegedly caused his life.

The reality stars fired back demanding the case against them be dismissed. Both denied defaming Jim and said all of their statements were rooted in truth.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Jim believes the judge should allow him to demand certain documents and information from Beador and Judge.

He claims the podcast at the center of the battle was recorded in June. He argues, "The premeditated nature of the Defendants vicious personal attack is reflected in the visual backdrop of the videotaped interview, which consists of a photo of Mr. Bellino and his ex-wife Alexis Bellino edited into two pieces, with a rip between them."

Bellino says when the podcast host brought mention his name, Judge “grins and pumps her shoulders, unable to contain her excitement and eagerness to tear into Mr. Bellino and his reputation."

He points out that during the interview, Tamra Judge referenced a text conversation she had with McDonald about Bellino prior to the podcast taping.

Bellino believes if the judge allows him to demand Judge turn over her text messages with McDonald, along with any emails they exchanged prior to the interview, it will uncover “substantial direct or circumstantial evidence” to prove they made the comments with malice.

A judge set a hearing for December.
