‘RHOC’ Star Shannon Beador Dragged Back Into Alexis Bellino's Ex-Husband's $1 Million Legal Battle

"Real Housewives of Orange County" star Shannon Beador may have celebrated too soon after Alexis Bellino’s ex-husband appealed the decision that dismissed the reality star from his $1 million lawsuit.
On January 18, Jim Bellino filed court docs in his lawsuit informing Beador that he is appealing the ruling earlier this month that threw out all claims against her.
The claims against "RHOC" co-star Tamra Judge have yet to be ruled on.
The judge noted that Bellino failed to establish a probability of prevailing against Beador on the defamation and other claims and, as a result, the “complaint is stricken in its entirety against Ms. Beador. The clerk shall enter judgment for Ms. Beador.”
Bellino was also ordered to cover Beador's legal fees.
In a statement at the time, Beador told The Blast, “I’m relieved the judge agreed with our position, and grateful to my O’Melveny legal team for all of their hard work on my behalf.”
Last year, Jim Bellino sued Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge accusing them of defaming his good name by trashing his family on a podcast with comedian Heather McDonald.
He accused the reality stars of spreading lies that his divorce was fake and that his trampoline business had left customers paralyzed and claimed, “he’s going to jail.”
Jim sued seeking in excess of $1 million for the damage Tamra and Shannon allegedly caused his life.
The reality stars fired back, demanding the case against them be dismissed. Both denied defaming Jim and said al their statements were rooted in truth.
