'RHOC' Star Shannon Beador Wants To Grill Alexis Bellino In Court Over Ex-Husband Jim's $140,000 Debt

“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Shannon Beador is asking a judge to allow her to question Alexis Bellino under oath about her ex-husband.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Beador revealed she plans to take an examination of Alexis’ as part of her legal battle with Jim Bellino.
Jim Bellino sued Beador and Tamra Judge for $1 million accusing them of defaming his reputation over comments made on a podcast. Beador successfully had all claims against her dismissed and was awarded $138,000 in attorney fees. She is currently attempting to collect her money and trying to figure out Jim’s assets.

She recently demanded he show up to court for a debtor examination. Beador wants him to bring his financial statements, bank records and information on his property and assets. She accuses him of not paying a dime on the judgment. Beador even slapped a lien against Jim’s $4 million San Juan Capistrano mansion. The lien will allow her to collect the $138k if the property is sold.
Jim was ordered to appear in court in March with his financial statements. He could face being found in contempt of court if he fails to appear.
In newly filed documents, Shannon is asking to depose Alexis Bellino saying it is, “necessary because she has unique knowledge of Judgment Debtor Bellino’s financial condition and/or assets. Ms. Alexis Bellino is the former wife of Judgment Debtor James Bellino.”

Beador says Alexis is paid $10,000 a month in spousal support and believes she has knowledge of Judgment Debtor Bellino’s financial condition and/or assets that can be used to satisfy the judgment in this matter.” The reality star wants to grill Jim’s current significant other, Shannon Ambuehl. She believes she has information about his finances because she lives with him.
A judge has yet to rule.
Alexis Bellino appears unbothered by the legal drama and recently visited a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon amid Beador's request.
