“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Gina Kirschenheiter has agreed to let her ex-husband Matt off the hook for child and spousal support in exchange for a $230,000 lump sum.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Gina and her ex-husband Matt have reached a new deal where neither pays child or spousal support.

Last year, the judge ordered Matt to pay Gina $10,000 a month in support for their three children. He had been pleading with the court to make Gina pay him monthly support due to her increase in income. Sources tell The Blast, Matt had never actually made any of the $10k a month child support payments.

Initially, the two reached a settlement in the divorce which had Matt paying Gina $10,000 a month in child support. Gina was awarded primary custody of the kids with Matt having visitation.

Matt rushed to court weeks later pleading for the child support to be axed due to his decrease in income. He asked the court to order Gina to pay him child support.
